A day in the life
·Work closely with project team to coordinate project schedules, materials, and equipment
·Organize and coordinate submittals
·Review and monitor schedules and quality control
·Review all contracts and accepted quotations
·Write up purchase orders
·Prepare material order sheets and review quantity take-offs
·Attend team meetings
·Assist production with preparing prices
·Work with project team to ensure Flynn follows a QA/QC program
What we are seeking
·Recent graduate of a Construction Management or Engineering & Technologies program (or related field), or have a minimum of 1 year of work experience in a construction environment
·Proficiency MS office package. MS Project and Bluebeam experience an asset
·Strong negotiation and communication skills
·Ability to multitask while remaining organized and work in a team environment
·Strong blueprint reading skills
