POSITION OVERVIEWWaypoint is seeking a motivated Insurance Professional to join our client-focused team as a Road Advisor. As a Road Advisor, you will play a vital role in servicing client insurance needs by visiting them at dealerships. If you are passionate about client service, eager to grow into a producer, and enjoy being on the road, this opportunity is for you. Waypoint is experiencing significant growth and is expanding its team to better serve clients in British Columbia.RESPONSIBILITIES:· Engage with clients to understand their needs, provide expert advice, and secure the best coverage.· Build and maintain strong customer relationships by anticipating client needs.· Manage and process renewals promptly, ensuring high client retention.· Identify and pursue new business opportunities by securing expiry dates and cross-selling.· Provide support to clients in the claims process.· Travel short distances on a daily basis.REQUIREMENTS:· Level-1 Insurance Broker License.· At least 1 year of previous insurance experience.· High motivation and strong time management skills.· Ability to thrive in a team environment.· Excellent client service skills.· Accountability and problem-solving ability.· Valid driver's license in BC and access to a vehicle for travel.Waypoint is actively committed to supporting diversity, equity, and inclusion.
