A few of Nudestix Accolades...2021:LinkedInTopStart-ups:The15companiesontheRise Job Description: NUDESTIX is currently looking for an enthusiastic, creative, and results-driven Omni-channel Trade Marketing Manager, to join the Retail Trade Marketing Team in Toronto, Canada. You will lead all omni-channel marketing activities, planning and executing 360° digital plans with our Pure player as well as Global Retailers in North America, EMEA and APAC regions. You’ll lead Nudestix sales, marketing activations, and media opportunities, and ecommerce content setup on our retailers platform and channels to bring best-in-class optimized content, conversion, traffic, CRM strategy and marketing campaign. To perform this job successfully, you must be able to perform each essential duty. The qualities listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/ or ability required. Specific Accountabilities: Work closely with retailer’s B&M, e-commerce and marketing teams to support campaigns, new item launches and critical initiatives, with clear performance benchmarks Help in making omni-channel and digital marketing activity calendar for each retailer/Purplayer. Work with internal creative teams and media agencies to create and optimize assets for website pages, update of brand space and both brand and retailer social media platforms Coordinate sampling programs, loyalty programs gift with purchases and e-CRM activation Help to monitor on weekly and monthly basis sell-out and revenues and adapt digital strategy accordingly Work with internal social team to support retailer’s platform to drive traffic and increase conversion Help to build launch campaigns and social take over Negotiate for ongoing visibility and support on retailer’s platform Responsible for sales forecast and budget per retailer Requirements: Bachelor’s degree required, MBA or Master's degree a plus Minimum 3 years of Retail/Digital Marketing/Ecommerce Management experience Content driven and experience developing successful retail shopping experiences Digitally savvy: uses digital and social media, knowledge of beauty e-retailers world Must be organized, detail oriented, resourceful, and able to juggle multiple projects at once Self-starter, able to work in a start-up, capable of taking initiative to identify & resolve problems Proven ability to work & collaborate with cross-functional team Strong time management skills, deadline oriented and results driven, thrives in a high-pressure environment Knowledge/acumen of Social media platforms is preferable.
