Surrey, BC V3S 7J1 1 vacancy Permanent and Full time employment 40 hours per week $28.85 per hour Day, Evening, Weekend As soon as possible Job Requirements Languages: English Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years Supervision: 5-10 people Specific skills: Supervise staff (apprentices, stages hands, design team, etc.), Assign sales workers to duties, Hire and train or arrange for training of staff, Authorize return of merchandise, Establish work schedules, Sell merchandise, Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters, Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages, Organize and maintain inventory, Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers, Conduct performance reviews, Supervise office and volunteer staff Employment groups: Youth, visible minorities, Indigenous people, Newcomers to Canada Intended job posting audience: Anyone who can legally work in Canada can apply for this job.
