If you are looking to play a vital role in the success of a well-established sustainable fashion brand, we want you on our team!Your Day to DayDevelop business strategies to raise our customers’ pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability.Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback to sales staff.Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service in the boutique, over the phone, via customer service email and on the website chat tool.Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.Manage the retail staff schedule to ensure that all boutique shifts are covered and be on call in the event of a staff absence due to sickness or other.Be a shining example of well behaviour and high performance.Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances, etc.)Assist HR team with staff performance evaluations to assess training needs and build career paths. Assist with recruiting as needed.Ensure the store is visually appealing, contributing to company standards through product presentation, replenishment, store housekeeping, store maintenance and visual displays.Participate in the ongoing maintenance of the selling floor and fitting rooms, including re-sizing of fixtures, putting go-backs away, executing markdowns, steaming garments and other tasks as needed.Keep current on our product and service updates.Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits, etc.Propose innovative ideas to increase market share.Assist with coordination of special events or pop-ups.Complete quarterly Boutique inventory with accuracy.Secure merchandise by implementing and maintaining security systems and measures.Perform daily tasks including opening and closing duties, processing of sales on the POS register system, cleaning, and maintaining the floor throughout the day to support overall store maintenance.Assist production team with tagging, steaming, folding and any other tasks as necessary.Assist any other team members with any other responsibilities as needed.Additional store manager duties as needed.What you’ll bringLeadership – Lead a team that wants to win and develop their skills by modelling best practices and techniques while providing a positive work environment.Expertise – Become an expert of the brands selling behaviours, leveraging these behaviours with every customer who walks through our doors and allowing us to provide a premium customer experience.Integrity – Be the face of the brand, maintain authenticity, live and communicate the Anne Mulaire values and ethos.Adaptability – Optimistically acclimatize to environments of change whether through process, industry or organizational.Collaboration – Contribute to an environment that supports transparency and cooperation among others.A self-starter mentality and use of good judgment in all situations.A demonstrated ability to develop relationships with customers and staff.An upbeat, optimistic, passionate and friendly personality.A demonstrated ability to be a team player and contribute to the store’s success.Additional requirementsProven successful experience as a retail store manager.Previous retail experience a must, preferably in the fashion industry.Exceptional communication skills, both verbally and written.Flexible retail hours - availability to work some Saturdays and some evenings.Flexibility during the busy holiday season (October to December) as shifts and hours may change.Experience with Word, Excel and general computer skills.Would be niceExperience with alterations (marking or pinning hems, etc.)Bilingual, English and FrenchCompany eventsFree on-site parkingHealth & Dental benefits after 3 months of employment (for permanent full-time employees only)Anne Mulaire is an equal opportunity employer.
