As we continue to expand, we are currently seeking a manager for our store on St Denis Street in Montreal, Quebec.   Please send your application to: social@carreblanc.ca   Key Responsibilities: Reporting to the Vice President, the mission of this role includes: Ensuring sales efforts align with and support organizational strategy Being accountable for achieving budgeted sales volumes Developing and optimizing stock turnover, margin, and customer base Delivering and training staff on exceptional Customer Service Managing sales staff Maintaining the store and in-store presentation Developing budgets and setting goals for team members Managing communication and promotional operations Monitoring and steering key trade indicators Managing order and stock management Handling documents for proper accounting follow-up Maintaining the highest level of customer experience in the store Executing visual merchandising and brand image according to Carré Blanc standards Collaborating with the team in Toronto on events and campaigns Managing back-office operations, including inventory management and store schedules Providing feedback and guidance to the Toronto Team on market/competitive pricing, new products, and competitive activity.   Team Building Responsibilities: Recruit and mentor sales staff Train new team members Lead and develop employees' career aspirations Foster cohesion, team spirit, and promote curiosity, diversity, and collaboration within the team As the Store Manager, you will represent the Carré Blanc brand to customers and instill corporate values within the store team. To succeed in this role, you’ll need the following qualifications and attributes: ~ Post-secondary education in Business Management (an asset) • 3+ years of experience in People Management ~5+ years of Retail experience ~ Experience working in a multi-channel (direct/indirect) environment, with e-commerce experience being an asset ~ Bilingual in English and French ~ Excellent interpersonal skills ~ Rigorous, results-oriented, and always striving for excellence ~ Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to embrace change ~ Committed, proactive, and passionate about retail and customer service   In return, we offer you.
