We are an established Canadian facility, maintenance company. We provide a variety ofservices to large retail and commercial businesses nationally. About this Position This role is responsible for leading, managing, coordinating andimplementing the customer scope of work within a designated area, to provideexceptional Janitorial Services. You will also be responsible for increasing revenue from existing customers andmanaging a mobile workforce. Duties and Responsibilities Participate in the development and implementation plans for customer(i.e. waxing schedules/, budgets, potential add on sales opportunities) Build strong relationships with customers and sub contractors Responsible for training subcontractors and employees on required legislatedtraining (WHMIS, Health & Safety, etc.) and United cleaning specifictraining Lead all process initiatives and work with senior management to identify trendsand process gaps. Analyze and control store budgets, monitor expenses for operations and developstrategies to decrease costs and increase profitability at store level Implement transitions of new business in customer locations in compliance withtransition process Support in Hiring/Recruitment/Training/Performance Management/Termination ofsubcontractors Work in compliance with Health & Safety policies and legislation Job Requirements Available to address customer and subcontractor needs and concerns in atimely manner Ability to work flexible shifts on a rotation basis including evenings andnights Willing to travel frequently within the designated territory Ability to work in a fast-paced & high stress environment and solveproblems effectively Valid driver’s licence and good driving record Skills- Qualifications Business acumen, strong verbal and written communication skills Active listening skills, time management, leadership skills, autonomy,competent with technology Managing budgeting & costing within janitorial operational environments Knowledge of floor-care and cleaning procedures is an asset Ability to motivate a mobile team of sub-contractors Education/Experience Degree in business administration or related field Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the Janitorial industry or any other dynamicoperational environment 3 – 5 years’ experience in a supervisory role#J-18808-Ljbffr
