Has delivered many successful projects and won and has been recognized with several GTEC gold medals.TRM Technologies Inc is looking to hire a Resource Manager, sometimes referred to as a Recruiter.This role requires somebody that has strong interpersonal skills to engage with contractors that we currently work with and new contractors that match against mandates for skills and experience that they currently hold.TRM is prepared to train somebody for the role. We are seeking somebody that is University or College educated and that has strong written skills, TRM deals predominantly with the Federal Government.Bids vary from a simple CV submission to large complex Proposals with complex grids that validate the skills and prior work experience of the resource we bid.Our Resource Managers also need to be able to hold a security clearance to aid in applying for Security Clearances for the personnel, or to help facilitate the duplication of that security clearance.TRM has a long and successful history of delivering quality solutions and services.
