This is a Real Estate landlord that specializes in developing and managing high-end, luxury multifamily rental apartments. This is an organisation that places an extreme value on their workforce and is leading the Multifamily Real Estate industry in Toronto and soon to be across Canada.Your new roleAs the Property Manager, you will be managing a luxury high-end Residential Rental property located in the Yonge and Eglington area around 350 units. You will be responsible for the day to day management of the property, leading a team of 8 employees including maintenance and concierge and will be a strong leader with an impetus on providing a high-level of customer service. You will be responsible for the full property management cycle within the building, this is a high-end luxury rental so requires high-end service and experience of this standard would be a huge asset.What you'll need to succeedTo succeed, the successful candidate will possess 5+ years' experience within Residential Property Management within rentals, with experience and examples of being a strong leader and high-end customer service skills. The expectation is that you will run the property on the day-to-day, providing resolution solution for any issues, ensuring the building is in prime condition and management of staff.
