We think that’s exciting and the best reason of all to join us What we are looking for We seek a dedicated and innovative Research Assistant to join our dynamic research team. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge horticulture research by performing literature research, organizing and summarizing R&D efforts, contributing to report writing, performing statistical analyses and participating in the execution of experiments. Responsibilities Literature Research Literature research on specific topics relevant to the company’s R&D projects Summarize and present relevant information Experiment Design and Execution and Data Analysis Develop experimental designs in collaboration with the research team. Participate in the execution of experiments, including the setup, maintenance, and monitoring of experimental protocols. Collect, compile, and organize experimental data in a systematic manner. Analyze collected data to derive meaningful insights. Interpret and communicate results to the research team. Report Writing Assist in the preparation of research reports and technical documents. Ensure that reports align with organizational goals and meet standards. Qualifications & Educational Requirements Undergraduate or master’s degree in Horticulture, Plant Science, or a related field. Demonstrated experience in scientific literature review. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Knowledge of experimental design, data collection, and execution of experiments. Essential statistical analysis skills and experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
