goeasy is seeking a highly motivated and energetic individual to join our Channel Enablement team. Your responsibilities will be to engage Channel leadership in the development and implementation of net new initiatives, and to provide analytics and insights and the performance of multiple channels. This role is vital in the efficient operation of our retail businesses. As a result, it carries exposure to many senior executives and would be a great launch pad to leadership opportunities within goeasy

What you will be doing ?

Analyze and interpret reports and datasets in order to identify opportunities for improvement and effectively communicate those findings to key stakeholders Support the creation of visualizations, reports, and dashboards to track strategic KPIs for key business stakeholders to make data-driven decisions Monitor and analyze reports are accurate and delivered on-time Assist with daily, weekly, and monthly departmental performance reports Ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy Able to generate insights from data and recommend actionable initiatives Ability to present reports and findings to executive leadership teams in an articulate manner with also the ability to take feedback for change What experience do you have ?

Strong analytical skill and attention to detail Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel- Pivot Tables, data tools, conditional formulas, index/match, vlookup, VBA Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Outlook Ability to prioritize tasks, multi-task, and meet deadlines Ability to work under pressure and react quickly Ability to identify problem areas and identify solutions Excellent verbal and written communication skills Knowledge of Microsoft Windows and ability to manage multiple applications across more than one screen. Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. MicroStrategy, Power Bi or Table) would be a strong asset Awareness of fundamental data warehousing concepts, including ETL processes and data quality management. Familiarity with SQL queries 1-2 years in a similar role Experience with Call Centre practices would be an asset Post secondary education (business/IT) or equivalent job experience We offer a Flexible Work Program that provides you the ability to work three days onsite per week, between our Mississauga and downtown Toronto office.
