Title: Renewable Energy Finance Specialist
Duration: 12+ months
Location: 100% remote in US
Qualifications
Strong experience arranging, negotiating, and closing renewable energy equity investments and financing transactions.
Experience building and reviewing financial models, and performing due diligence, valuation, and reporting.
Knowledge of financial accounting
Working relationships with renewable energy financiers and developers across diverse geographies in Asia, including India.
Deep understanding of global renewable energy markets and policies.
Strong project management and time management skills
Excellent spoken and written communication skills

Scope of Work
Source renewable energy investment opportunities in Asia
Lead discussions with project developers to shortlist project pipeline
Develop and analyze financial models, lead commercial diligence on shortlisted deals
Negotiate and close transactions
