EMC is seeking a skilled and experienced Remote Call Center Manager to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, this role requires a minimum of 7 years of experience in call center management. The ideal candidate will be driven, passionate, possess high emotional intelligence, and have a strong persuasion skillset.


Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee all aspects of the remote call center operations - Develop and implement strategies to improve call center performance and efficiency - Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed - Develop and implement training programs for call center agents - Handle escalated customer calls and resolve complex issues - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing support and guidance to the team - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and problem-solving - Create and maintain a positive and inclusive team culture - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in call center management


Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field - 7+ years of experience in call center management - Excellent communication and leadership skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work effectively in a remote setting - Proficiency in call center software and CRM systems - Experience with workforce management and scheduling - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
