Sarah Saeed is a Registered Psychotherapist who works with adolescents, adults and families. Sarah completed her Honours Bachelor of Science from the University of Toronto and Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Adler University. She has been in practice providing treatment and assessments for over a decade. Sarah has particular expertise in working with individuals and families with a focus on depression, anxiety, Trauma and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), domestic abuse, positive parenting, and grief. Along with English, she is fluent and can provide sessions in Hindi and Urdu. Sarah uses various evidence-based modalities in her practice, combining client-centered and strength-based approaches.
