Job Description
Responsibilities of the position would include:
Assess and diagnose patients' physical conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans
Provide physiotherapy treatments to patients with various medical conditions
Create and implement personalized treatment plans to improve patients' mobility, strength, and overall physical well-being
Monitor and evaluate patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary
Educate patients and their families on proper techniques for injury prevention and self-care
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Skills required:
Strong patient care skills in MSK, including the ability to empathize and communicate effectively with patients of all ages
Knowledge in orthopaedics practice and the ability to provide appropriate treatment in a private setting
Excellent manual skills to perform hands-on therapy techniques
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in order to develop effective treatment plans
Continuing education in manual therapy is an asset
Details about the position:
Contract position with flexible hours
Percentage split based on individuals professional billing
Provision of fully equipped private room, and all necessary supplies
Use of Jane practice management software
Office administrator on staff for scheduling and accepting payments
