As a Registered Nurse ( RN ) at Jarlette Health Services, you are an integral part of the healthcare team under the direction of the Director of Care in the home and will manage, evaluate, and facilitate the residents’ plan of care through collaboration with the resident, family members, and the interdisciplinary team.
