We also work closely with clients to develop strategies aligned with their goals and culture, leveraging Human Resources technology and best practices. Our services also include assisting with diversity initiatives and anti-bias training to ensure equity and fairness throughout organizations. About the potion: We are seeking a talented and motivated Registered Architect to join our team. As a key member of our firm, you will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing architectural projects from concept to completion. Your expertise will contribute to creating innovative and sustainable spaces that enhance the built environment. Responsibilities: • Collaborate with clients, engineers, project managers and other stakeholders to develop project requirements and design objectives. • Prepare architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents. • Conduct site visits and inspections during construction phases. • Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards. • Manage architectural project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively. • Mentor junior staff and provide guidance on architectural best practices. • Review and stamp drawing packages produced by mentored staff Qualifications: • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture. • Registered Architect (RA) designation in one of the Western Provinces • 10 years of experience in architectural design and project management. • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Passion for sustainable design and innovation.
