Tuesday, March 26, 2024 JOB SUMMARY: The Regional Sales Manager plays a key role at VinFast Canada managing relationships with all dealers within their region. This role will have strategic responsibility in building partnerships with dealers, implementing operations and achieving sales growth. RESPONSIBILITIES & KEY ACTIVITIES: Propose for approval and communicate dealer targets by identifying market sales opportunities Provide consultation as required to support franchise dealers with the establishment of standard operating procedures, identification and realization of performance opportunities and with the implementation of new business development initiatives as introduced by Vinfast Canada Establish and maintain strong professional relationships with all Franchise Dealers in their Region and act as a conduit to ensure clear and effective communication between VinFast Canada and its dealers. Work with the Canadian leadership team to continuously improve programs that impact dealer performance and customer satisfaction. Assist the Network Development team in the identification, recruitment, on-boarding and management of new dealer partners within Region. Provide recommendations to the Network Development Director and the Canadian executive management team for proposed dealership placement, standard of operations and more. Ongoing interaction/collaboration with stakeholder departments including Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience and Finance teams to develop, implement, and measure performance of Canadian dealers. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related discipline. 10+ years of progressive work experience in automotive sales and marketing. Experience cultivating relationships with Dealers/Dealer Groups and their executive teams. Knowledge of dealership activities and ability to create profit opportunities for VinFast dealers Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to manage and influence decisions at all levels of the organization. Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with Canadian executive leadership, internal stakeholders, peers, and external partners.
