Job Description

Reporting to the Sales Director, the mandate of the Territory Manager is to promote Manulift products in the Ottawa area in a structured and strategic manner to drive growth in the region and surrounding areas. This role is perfect for a sales professional who can engage clients, quantify and verbalize a value proposition, and close the deal. The commission structure is uncapped, and the salary plan is designed to reward top performers with some of the highest salaries in the industry. We are a Canadian leader in telescopic forklifts and are experiencing significant national expansion. This candidate should be comfortable with frequent travel and be able to generate new sales leads regularly. The candidate should be able to keep track of their sales and effectively communicate with other team members while out in the field. The candidate needs to be able to speak and understand both French and English for Ottawa* We are recognized for offering innovative solutions that optimize the productivity and profitability of local businesses. Sales maintaining strong relationships with clients through visits to client work sites; Planning and organizing sales strategies to achieve desired results and exceed equipment sales targets; Generate potential leads for future sales; Identifying customer needs and reacting appropriately while understanding market conditions and the prices of local competitors; Using the sales database in Salesforce CRM to ensure that information is updated daily; Following up after sales. Minimum of 3 years of experience in field sales/external sales positions; Good knowledge of the construction industry and its heavy equipment; Valid driver's license; Experience using a CRM. Initial sales training and ongoing training throughout your career; Expense account, cell phone, and laptop provided;
