Job Description

Reporting to the National Sales Director...FUNCTIONS:Promote and manage the development of sales in existing and new customers within your assigned territory. You are also responsible for managing our customers business by driving sell through and enhancing the frequency and volume of net shipments.Recruit, Manage and Develop Employee (s) reporting to you.Analyze strategically your territory, by focusing on high turnover or high potential doors and leveraging your team. Schedule and execute training to develop product knowledge, application of product skills and selling techniques.Lead , create, execute and drive sales through events to generate excitement and brand awareness through own events and employee(s).Develop relationships and partnerships with store managers, sales associates, and boutique buyers to enhance overall growth and increase sell through.Monitor and improve space and location in all customer locations.Monitor inventory in store report inventory issues to you direct supervisor.Follow and execute marketing plan for each campaign.Work closely with the manager to enhance training skills, organization, and better practices in assigned territory.Other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS: Education/Experience 3-5 years of sales experience in Consumer Goods, ideally in Beauty industryTarget-driven with entrepreneurial spirit, creative with the ability to work on own initiativeSales expert and building sales through Education, Events and Call Cycle. Strong business acumen and understanding of activity/decision ROI.Strong command of Apple technology (iPad and iPhone).Partner with freelance teams to achieve goals.Responsible for getting to the different assigned locations. French/English bilingual required.Ability to lift 40+ pounds on a daily basis.Other Skills Team-oriented and team goal orientated skills required. Strong management of team, budget and leadership skills required.Self-motivated individual and project manager with superior prioritization & multitasking skills. Professional and positive approach with a team player attitudeExcellent communicator, both written and oral, with ability to collaborate, influence and persuade across all levels of the organizationWell-organized with great attention to quality and detailProficient budget management skills including travel and expense and freelance.Basic knowledge of MS Office applications including Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint. Work Hours & Location The Regional Sales Manager will be on the field at client’s locations from Tuesday thru Saturday but will be flexible to be available to work on occasions from Wednesday thru Sunday as per business needs.
