Manages the Canadian business to meet sales revenue and gross profit income targets for the region. Leads activity in Canada coordinating activities with customers and internal personnel. CommercialManages and optimize all aspects of the regional sales performanceDirectly manage specific customer accountsDirectly manage distribution, sales agency and consultancy agreementsSupport sales team with customer visits and presentations as requestedParticipates in Americas Business Team meetings Develops necessary standards and KPIs for sales team Provides effective leadership and support to ensure that all direct and indirect reports are coached, developed and supported in achieving agreed targets, and fulfil their potential.TechnicalDetermine the CTS, R&D needs for the region. Ensure the regulatory requirements of Canada are metCombine technical resources with sales resources when requiredParticipate in CTS and R&D meetings as requiredOperationsWork with Canada supply manager to ensure regional performanceAssist in consignment inventory to minimize inventory exposure and variancesOversee the supply chain service delivery for the region, with emphasis on OTIF, customer service and financial targetsHelp drive out costs in all aspects of the regional supply chain without compromising performanceComplianceEnsure all region staff, customers, 3rd party partners adhere to Innospec legal and compliance requirementsDetermine the need for additional regional policies as require
