To effectively source and recruit industry talent to our organization by collaborating with operations and the talent acquisition team.
Updating Staffing Needs/Creating Requisitions
Posting Requisitions Externally for Candidates to apply
Initial Screening
Reporting
Maintaining Requisitions
Job Fairs/Events support
Drafting offer letters
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or work equivalent experience
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a recruitment environment or in the Collision industry
