This individual must generate strong financial results through leadership focused on people and customers in full alignment with the corporate business model. Analyzing monthly financial reports and implementing appropriate strategies to increase operating efficiencies, manage assets and improve ROI and profit-sharing targets are crucial to this person and the branch’s success. This is a Senior Management role. The incumbent must have a minimum of 5+ years’ experience (preferably industrial), along a progressive career path including sales and sales management.an MBA is preferred.
