Overview of the Role: The Regional Operations Manager is critical in driving initiatives that boost operational efficiency and foster significant growth. This position demands a unique combination of analytical prowess, superior leadership capabilities, and profound knowledge of the franchisor/franchisee dynamics, particularly within the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) / Food Sector.Primary Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership & Business Advancement:Develop and execute plans to enhance operational effectiveness, profitability, and sustainable growth across various locations.Apply data analytics to inform decisions and improve financial performance.Work collaboratively with corporate teams to meet overall business goals and achieve measurable results.Franchisee Partnership Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with both prospective and established franchisees.Serve as the main liaison, addressing any issues to ensure satisfaction and adherence to brand standards.Operational Improvement:Promote continuous enhancements in restaurant operations to maintain high standards of service and product quality.Monitor compliance with operational procedures and initiatives, ensuring consistent application of all policies and certifications.Offer guidance and support during the opening of new locations and during transitions.Leadership and Team Development:Provide ongoing training, mentoring, and development for team members at restaurant locations and to Corporate Restaurant Managers.Foster a culture of excellence through exemplary leadership and by embedding the brand's RECIPE Principles in all interactions.Compliance and Quality Oversight:Perform regular inspections to assess operational compliance, service quality, and customer experience.Work closely with corporate departments to ensure alignment of field operations with overarching company objectives.Qualifications:At least 7 years of experience in multi-unit management, managing 15-25 units simultaneously.Proven background in food service management, preferably within a franchisor/franchisee framework.Must have a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel frequently, mostly for same-day trips.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.Strong strategic planning, analytical skills, and the ability to communicate persuasively.Committed to teamwork and documented business achievements.A dynamic, energetic, and proactive approach to achieving operational excellence.
