Set appropriate goals and accountabilities to ensure that these objectives are met.Proactively develop and maintain strong customer relationshipsDevelop inter-divisional relationships to foster strong working relationships with the Construction and Mining Divisions.Lead the Equipment Sales Team leveraging strong Sales Management skillsWork collaboratively with the Regional Product Support Sales Manager and Product Support Sales Team to achieve revenue targetsProvide administrative and policy guidance to the regional leadership team to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and long term customer engagementTrack and optimally use assets employed in the achievement of regional ROA targetsWork with the Credit Team to optimize cash-flow and manage branch financial risksReview, monitor, and act on financial reporting information and other business metrics steering the team to measured successIdentify, develop, implement continuous improvements in the region.Work collaboratively with other Regional and Divisional leaders to deliver divisional result.Must-haves for this role:Bachelor’s degree and more than 10 years of experience in a similar function and at least 6 years of experience overseeing a team (technical knowledge an asset)Understanding and Analysis of emerging market trends to maintain a leadership position in the industries that you serve.Understand the budgeting process and ownership of a P&L statement (Equipment, Rental, P&S)Coordinate the efforts of your regional team with those of the project delivery group, service operations, and corporate team to optimize outcomes.Achieve results across all Connect 26 metrics and ROA and Safety goals.Ability to define roles and expectations for team members to align with growth and profitability objectives.Strong customer engagement skills as demonstrated through past successes.Execute corporate and Power Systems strategies by defining aligned actions, setting goals and delivering results.Strong people skills enabling engagement of the team both holistically and individually to establish a winning team mindset for your Region.Track record of continuous improvement in areas such as expense management, service operations, cost to serve and business efficiencies.Demonstrated strong and effective sales management.Proven negotiation skills in dispute resolution and product and service sales.Ability to act and lead independently in a decentralized environment to deliver results.Weekly and Monthly Reporting skills to senior leadership on achievement or challenges to achieve key business metrics.Strong business acumenStrong ability to style flex to meet customers and employees where they are.About Toromont Cat Power SystemsToromont Cat Power Systemsis an industry leader in the supply and integration of backup and prime power generation systems, rental generators, marine engines and industrial engines through customized engineering and packaging.
