Company Description F45 Training is a leading boutique fitness franchise platform and well established in Canada. F45 is a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout that offers members a new workout experience each day. This is a full-time on-site role as a Regional Manager at F45 Training in Toronto, ON. The Regional Manager will be responsible for overseeing two F45 Training studios in the downtown region, including the flagship- Yorkville. You will be excellent at ensuring smooth operations, managing staff, implementing strategies to drive business growth, and maintaining high-quality standards. Experience in fitness industry management Strong leadership and team management skills Ability to develop and implement business strategies Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Bachelor's degree in business, sports management, or related field Certification in fitness training or related field is a plus
