Commercial Cleaning Services (CCS) is looking for a Regional Director of Operations to lead a team of talented and committed service professionals and execute our business growth plan for the BC Region. We are a rapidly growing Building Service Contractor with over 250 clients and 1,500 employees across Canada.
This new position provides a great opportunity to continue building your career in the Facilities Services Industry. This is a new leadership level position with CCS, a Black and McDonald company. The Role
- Manage a team of area and site level supervisors responsible for the delivery of safe, quality, outcomes-based cleaning programs at multiple client facilities
- Identify and pursue opportunities for new business throughout the Region by attending facility tours, preparing detailed staffing and pricing proposals and participation in sales presentations
- Ensure all services are delivered in accordance with Company and Industry policies, standards and certifications
- Establish and maintain excellent relationships with clients, employees, colleagues, vendors, sub-contractors, trade associations and all stakeholders in the business
- Prepare reports for clients to demonstrate consistent quality services are delivered in accordance with Service Level Agreements and KPIs
- Provide cross-functional leadership to the corporate support team
- Ensure timely, transactional source documents are completed and submitted
- Manage budgets for client sites within the region and overall territory
- Other duties as required
Candidate Qualifications
- Demonstrated success with career progression in managerial leadership roles within the facility services industry
- Strong knowledge of best practices in the cleaning industry including cleaning processes, environmentally sustainable products, tools, equipment and machinery
- Commitment to continuous improvement and development
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
- Passionate leader with excellent communication and decision-making skills
- In depth understanding of core business operations and customer service
- Post-secondary education in a relevant discipline

Pay: $100,000.00-$140,000.00 per year
