Coaching, training, and mentoring your team Ensuring branches comply with company policies, procedures and legislative safety requirements Reviewing inventory for your locations by way of cycle counts and stock variances Ensuring orders are properly processed for required materials for day-to-day business as well as special projects and working with suppliers to resolve any issues or returns Playing an essential role in the maintenance and operations of warehousing tasks and responsibilities Ensuring equipment inspections and maintenance are maintained Identifying and managing all opportunities to create an efficient and effective operation while ensuring your team is safe and productive and your customers receive a high-caliber, quality experience OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE College Diploma or bachelor’s degree (in Business/Sales/Marketing/Human Resources preferred) and/or 5 or more years of successful warehouse/retail management, sales experience Valid driver’s license Knowledge of the exterior building products industry would be considered an asset An Entrepreneur with an owner's mindset Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong problem solver with the ability to handle difficult situations WORK AUTHORIZATIONS AND TRAVEL Authorized to work in Canada Ability to travel
