Le coordonnateur de l'acquisition des talents veillera a` ce que l'e ´quipe d’acquisition des talents offre une expe ´rience Food and Beverage Heinz exceptionnel autant a` nos gestionnaires internes qu’a` tous les candidats qui explorent des opportunite ´s au sein de l'entreprise. Le coordonnateur s'occupera principalement du processus de planification des entrevues, facilitera la ve ´rification des ante ´ce ´dents et enverra et recueillera les documents relatifs aux nouveaux employe ´s, tout en assurant l'inte ´grite ´ des donne ´es dans les multiples syste`mes de RH. Position Summary: The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will ensure Talent Acquisition provides a premium Food and Beverage Heinz experience for our internal hiring managers and all candidates exploring opportunities with the company. The Coordinator will primarily drive the interview scheduling process, facilitate background checks, and send and collect new hire paperwork all while ensuring data integrity across multiple HR systems. The TA Coordinator will also drive the internal hiring process end to end and provide backup sourcing support on external searches.

Primary Responsibilities

Ensure candidate and hiring manager experiences align with the Food and Beverage Heinz brand values and promise Own all aspects of the candidate interview process, including scheduling and confirming interview appointments, greeting and assisting candidates on their interview day, and ensuring all necessary material and resources are prepared for interviews Assisting with the administrative tasks related to recruitment processes, including travel and expense management Providing timely updates and feedback to candidates and hiring teams. Host onsite interviews to ensure a high-quality experience for both candidates and hiring managers Support Talent Acquisition’s diversity recruitment initiatives Ad hoc projects as assigned by Head of TA Qualifications Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree 1+ years of Human Resources or Project Management highly preferred. Related internship experience will also be considered. Success managing simultaneous projects in a dynamic business environment Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize competing priorities on tight deadlines Passion for providing excellent customer service Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and French, as this role will be responsible for interview scheduling for International World Headquarters roles Ability to maintain a relentless work pace with the ability to change course quickly Confidence; acts with appropriate autonomy to problem solve amid frequently changing targets Experience with an enterprise applicant tracking system preferred; experience with Workday a plus Laser-like focus on detail; strong organizational skills to ensure premium experiences for candidates and hiring managers

Job Type: Fixed term contract Contract length: 40 months

Pay: $26.00-$27.00 per hour
