For this reason, we are currently looking for a Recruiter for our Industrial and Chemical division.The Recruiter is responsible for the business development of his or her sector as well as the management of client accounts. He/she works in close collaboration with the members of his/her team and with the support of the Division Director to recruit the best candidates that meet the needs of the firms clients.In order to achieve his or her objectives, the Recruiter will be responsible for developing an effective action plan to develop new clients, identify new business opportunities, and identify and recruit the best talent in the market.The Recruiter is an ally and advisor in the recruitment process for his or her clients.Skills and qualifications :BAC/DEC in Business Administration, or other relevant fieldMinimum of two years experience in an Corporate sector or in recruitment (Asset)Interpersonal skills, ability to build relationships and participate in networking activitiesAbility to listen and understand the needs of clientsOrganizational skills, ability to work on several projects at the same timeAbility to manage priorities and meet tight deadlinesAbility to communicate both orally and in writingAutonomy and ability to take initiativeTeam player, ability to collaborate and assist other team membersProfessionalism and professional ethicsDiplomacy, discretion, respect to not divulge sensitive or confidential informationBilingualism in French and English is an assetTo stay informed, subscribeto our newsletter
