Press Tab to Move to Skip to Content Link Select how often (in days) to receive an alert: Create Alert Reporting to the Canadian Human Resources Manager, the Human Resources team is looking for a full-time temporary Recruiter for an 8-month term. This position is a great opportunity for a student or new graduate with limited experience to join a connected, highly functioning team that supports talent acquisition for the Canadian region as well as corporate groups. This position has both tactical and strategic elements. In this role you will be responsible for full cycle recruitment support and coordination, stewarding the candidate experience, and will play a key role in building the talent pipeline through strategic sourcing and attraction to Enerflex. With a foundation of integrity, the candidate would use commitment and creativity to drive our organization forward. This position is based out of Enerflex’s Calgary Southeast office. Principle Responsibilities and Duties Full cycle recruitment including job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, reference checks, and coaching hiring managers through the hiring process. Assess the needs of internal customers, qualifying job requirements and planning a recruiting strategy to identify potential candidate sources. Proactively source candidates using active and passive strategies including social networking tools, advertising etc.. Provide a positive candidate experience for each and every applicant. Review all incoming job requisitions and postings to ensure consistency and alignment with role profile guidelines and ensure qualifications support job duties/responsibilities. Develop and maintain a leader SharePoint page with ‘just-in-time’ resources, starting with recruiting tools. Develop and maintain partnerships with new and/or existing recruitment agencies/staffing firms to allow the ability to source talent quickly and effectively. Extract data and analytics from HR system (Success Factors) to measure effectiveness of sourcing strategies. Build strong relationships with key leaders and HR Advisors to proactively understand and plan for upcoming talent requirements. Coordinate campus recruitment activities with post-secondary schools (i.e. new grads, summer students, interns, etc.). Research, coordinate and schedule career and job fairs for Enerflex. Research target markets for recruitment opportunities. Support the HR team with other tactical duties as required, such as report generation, onboarding activities, employee queries, talent management, etc.. Other HR related duties as assigned. Qualifications Working towards a degree, diploma or certificate in Human Resources either as a student or recent graduate. Previous recruiting experience considered an asset. Able to handle multiple tasks and be flexible with changing priorities. High attention to detail is a must. Ability to build strong relationships within all levels of the organization. Excellent interpersonal, communication (verbal and written) skills and a customer centric focus. Able to maintain confidentiality and work independently with minimum supervision and guidance. Solid research, analytical, critical thinking and problem solving abilities. Proficient computer skills; experience with using recruiting software and/or Success Factors considered an asset.
