We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a receptionist with marketing skills. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our company and will also assist with marketing activities to promote our brand and services.
Responsibilities:
Receptionist:
Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
Marketing:
Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote Easy Air Sheet Metal
Manage social media accounts and engage with followers to increase brand awareness
Create content for marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and newsletters
Coordinate with external vendors for promotional events and materials
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
