RECEPTIONIST / ACCOUNTS PAYABLE Executrade is pleased to partner with our Southside Edmonton client in their search for a receptionist who will also be responsible for accounts payables. This position is available to start immediately.The OpportunityWorking in a friendly, collaborative team your main focus is to be the first point of contact and ensure all responsibilities are completed in a timely manner. This is an in-office, 8:30 a.m. – 5 p.m. Monday – Friday position.Key Account Responsibilities and FunctionsAnswer all incoming calls in a professional, courteous manner, screen, and direct calls accordingly. Keep a daily log of all calls.Clerical duties, filing, photocopying, scanning, prepare monthly reports and data entry.Organize, manage, and order office supplies and equipment.Assist with scheduling flights, accommodations, and trade shows.Prepare daily cash deposits, weekly EFT/cheque runs, invoice posting, matching of PO’s, receive and verify invoices and apply customer payments.Maintain and update company’s vendor billing system and files.Reconcile bank statements.Other administrative and accounting tasks as required.Required Skills and QualificationsHigh School Diploma; Post Secondary Education in Business Administration or Accounting is an asset.Minimum 3 years of experience in reception/administration.Accounts receivable/payable experience considered an asset.Intermediate Microsoft Office experience (Word, Excel, SharePoint, Teams, Dynamics.).Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks, effective time management and organizational skills.Ability to meet deadlines with high attention to detail.Ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs.Friendly, helpful, and pleasant personality is a must.Compensation and BenefitsSalary range between $40,000 to $48,000 based on experience, generous benefits, and parking available.Applicants must be open to completing a personality assessment.Please quote Job Reference #68805Please submit your resume directly to Courtney Fawcett via email at courtney.fawcett@executrade.comExecutrade is one of the largest and most comprehensive full-service recruitment firms in Western Canada, with 11 divisions and locations in Edmonton and Calgary.
