Location: 530 West Broadway, Vancouver BC, CanadaCore hours: Monday to Friday from 8am – 4:30pm PST18-Month ContractThis position is required to be onsite 5 days a weekRole SummaryAs the Receptionist at Eminence, you are passionate about delivering Extraordinary Service in every interaction with Customers. You are part of a Team of Receptionists that is the first point of contact many people will have with Eminence. In this role, you will answer and direct calls and assists Spa Partners, Retail Customers, and Internal Eminence Team Members. You are also responsible for providing clerical and administrative support to Eminence. As the Receptionist, you will report directly to the Office Services Supervisor.ResponsibilitiesAnswer all incoming calls within 2 rings using Cisco Call Attendant and direct callers to the appropriate Team or Team-memberReceive, direct, and assist guests, couriers, and vendorsReview, answer, and/or forward emails internally which have been sent to the general Eminence mailboxProvide assistance with various company-wide administrative tasksOrganize and track couriers to ship packages (local and international) in a timely mannerUpdate addresses and status of returned mail in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) softwareSort and distribute all incoming mail and packages and prepare outgoing mail and drop it off at the mailbox dailyMonitor usage of supplies and re-order as necessary to maintain adequate stock of office, cleaning, and general suppliesEnsure cleanliness and adequate stock levels of supplies in the kitchenAct as the primary point of contact internally and with suppliers and vendors for office and kitchen suppliesQualificationsMulti-line phone systems – 1 yearExceptional Customer service and problem-resolution experienceCustomer Relationship Management (CRM) software experience – assetExcellent verbal and written communication skillsDemonstration of responsibility and ownership – ability to see things through and manage tasks and projects to completionAbility to multitask and work well in a high-pressure, multiple-deadline environmentAbility to work well with minimal supervision and many styles of leadershipProactive, highly organized, and extremely detail-orientedProficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and OutlookAbility to exercise diplomacy and discretion and to handle information appropriatelyTotal RewardsCompetitive salary, quarterly and annual bonuses based on individual and company goals100% employer-paid premiums for extended health, health spending account, wellness program, green transportation incentive, various paid time-off options available from your first day, and product discountsFocus on professional development, 1:1 meetings with your leader, tuition assistance program and length of service rewardsThe Application Please submit a resume with a cover letter.Applications are currently being reviewed.
