When an entire city needs to be rendered into a 3D model in-flight, utilities buried deep under soil need to be uncovered, highly complex infrastructure projects need to be implemented and even when crime scene investigation needs to be documented – that’s Leica Geosystems, part of Hexagon. More than 5,000 employees in 33 countries help us develop the latest technologies for Reality Capture, survey and measurement.We currently have an opportunity for a Reality Capture Sales Representative in Quebec or Novia Scotia Canada. Territory to be defined depending on candidate's location. Activities will be focused on developing, maintaining and managing sales opportunities for Leica Geosystems within the scanning industry in the assigned territory. Sales of static and mobile scanning solutions will be included. This is a remote position, but frequent travel (50% or more) is required. Compensation is base pay plus commission.WHAT YOU GET TO DO:Increase market share through the development of scanning business with new and existing customers in the regionAssist existing customers by providing product and application training; job site demonstrations, installation scheduling, assist in field troubleshootingProvide input on competitive products and activitiesDevelop and implement sales plans and strategies to promote growth of Leica’s Reality Capture product portfolio and achieve sales targetsManage sales leads through to closure and monitor against approved budgets to ensure financial results are on, or ideally above, target and implement plans to counteract deviationsPresent and demonstrate Reality Capture products and associated benefits for customers and resellersNegotiate sales contracts and associated product supply milestonesOUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:Strong mechanical aptitude (must have experience with scanning applications), 2+ years of sales experience in scanning products or practical use of scanning products within the land surveying industryExperience in Survey and/or Building Construction is required.A Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Surveying Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred but not requiredStrong presentation skills especially to groups and forums of customersFrequent travel requiredBilingual in English and French is an assetLeica Geosystems is an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer.
