Your new role
You will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance of the property. Responsibilities include managing 3rd party contractors, performing repairs, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and addressing tenant requests. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the property’s functionality and tenant satisfaction.
What you'll need to succeed
You are an experienced Real Estate Maintenance Technician skilled in plumbing, electrical, mechanical, HVAC and miscellaneous renovation repairs. You are a self-starter with high degree of initiative, agility, flexibility, and professionalism. You have exceptional communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal relationship skills. Intermediate level knowledge of MS Office. Ability to work flexible hours, including on call
