Quality Compliance Team Leader
The Quality Compliance Team Leader is responsible for developing, implementing and supervising the manufacturing site’s quality systems and regulatory compliance:

Required Qualifications:
BS degree in Chemistry, Engineering, Biology, Food Science or other related technical field
5+ years manufacturing experience in a Food or Drug / GMP environment
3+ years in Quality related field
2+ years supervisory experience
Knowledge of FDA regulations
Experience in managing regulatory inspections
Preferred qualifications:
Knowledge of Statistical Process Controls
Extensive knowledge of Quality standards and Systems
Certification in HACCP or Food Defense
Certified Auditor
SAP experience
Expected Areas of Skills
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Clear and effective communication
Knowledge of Auditing
Ability to quickly learn and use computer applications, i.e. windows, SAP, Google and Tableau Dashboards
Demonstrates the ability to influence change within organization
Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range $81,200.00 - $128,000.00 USD
Pay is based on multiple non-discriminatory, individualized factors including but not limited to experience, job-related knowledge and education, skills and office/market location. In addition to base salary, salaried employees are eligible for annual discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing and, for Executive-level (salary grade 16 and above) roles only, long-term incentives in the form of Restricted Stock Units and/or Stock Options.
