Quality Compliance Team LeaderThe Quality Compliance Team Leader is responsible for developing, implementing and supervising the manufacturing site’s quality systems and regulatory compliance: Responsibilities:Regulatory Compliance: Understands and influences the implementation of all plant, company and government standards for Colgate Palmolive, GMP’s, Regulatory and FDA requirements as well as Label Registration process.Documentation / Communication: Lead, implement, supervise and control the Document Control programs that assure all documents related to the product quality meet the requirements of the 26 Global Quality Standards, Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), Critical Controls Program, US and foreign countries Regulatory requirements.Standardization and Training: Delivers Colgate’s quality training of SOP’s and Quality Standards to the site and ensures accurate implementation to the plant personnel. Ensure the Validation Program, Calibration Program and associated protocols are in compliance with regulatory requirements and are followed. Supervise and report Customer Complaint trends and history. Ensures all complaints are fully investigated and documented.Continuous Improvement: Lead the continuous improvement of the site in creating and maintaining an Internal Audit Program, Management of Change, Corrective & Preventive Action, and Non-conformance program to improve Quality and cGMP compliance at the site.Product Release: Supervise product release process to ensure all documents related to production are reviewed for all finished product release criteria.This is not an exhaustive list of duties or functions.Required Qualifications:BS degree in Chemistry, Engineering, Biology, Food Science or other related technical field5+ years manufacturing experience in a Food or Drug / GMP environment3+ years in Quality related field2+ years supervisory experienceKnowledge of FDA regulationsExperience in managing regulatory inspectionsPreferred qualifications:Knowledge of Statistical Process ControlsExtensive knowledge of Quality standards and SystemsCertification in HACCP or Food DefenseCertified AuditorSAP experienceExpected Areas of SkillsExcellent analytical and problem solving skillsClear and effective communicationKnowledge of AuditingAbility to quickly learn and use computer applications, i.e. windows, SAP, Google and Tableau DashboardsDemonstrates the ability to influence change within organizationCompensation and BenefitsSalary Range $81,200.00 - $128,000.00 USDPay is based on multiple non-discriminatory, individualized factors including but not limited to experience, job-related knowledge and education, skills and office/market location. In addition to base salary, salaried employees are eligible for annual discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing and, for Executive-level (salary grade 16 and above) roles only, long-term incentives in the form of Restricted Stock Units and/or Stock Options.Subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable benefits plans then in effect, all salaried employees are also eligible for a competitive benefits package which includes: Insurance: Employees (and their eligible dependents) are eligible to participate in Company-sponsored Medical, Dental, Vision, Basic Life Insurance, Accidental Death & Dismemberment and Disability insurance plans.
