Responsibilities
Responsibilities:

Knowledge of ISO 9001, develop, implement, and maintain the quality management program;
· Internal ISO 9001 auditor
Performing quality audits, establish quality standards using defined and measurable metrics;
Train all employees to meet quality standards in all areas of the production process;
Work closely with sales, customer service, and the operations team to address customer complaints;
Implement investigation process for managing complaints from start to finish;
Manage the internal auditing program by performing daily/weekly audits;
Develop and Implement quality corrective action process;
Provide training to employees and management on quality standards and practices;
Participate in weekly production meetings providing quality updates;
Monitor finished products to confirm their compliance with quality standards and remove and contain those which fail to comply;


Qualifications
Experience in ISO implementation and management
Experience in implementing a quality system;
Experience leading, training and managing teams;
Strong working knowledge of continuous improvement;
Strong project management experience;
Preferred knowledge of manufacturing or production processes and procedures;
Post secondary education and 3 to 5 years relevant manufacturing experience required;
