Job Description
This role will be responsible for finding and reporting bugs and glitches to the Development team. This role also approves deployments to the UAR environment and gives their consent to move code to production. Also works with and coaches other QA engineers. The QA engineer has a keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills in this role. High-level responsibilities:MUST HAVE:• Fluent in English – both written and oral and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical IT stakeholders.• Ability to work in a team environment under the direction of a technical lead, Project Manager or Business Analyst.• More than 8 years of experience as a Quality Assurance, Tester, or similar role.• Experience in QA methodology• Maintain documents related to testing such as test scripts, test artifacts and status.• Having analytical mind, problem-solving attitude, and attention to detail.• Working knowledge of test management.• Data visualization experience in Tableau/Power BI.• Working knowledge of Cloud technologies preferably Microsoft Azure• Working knowledge of SQL, PySpark, Azure Databricks.• Broad knowledge and experience in Scrum and Agile methodology.• Broad knowledge of coaching and management skills.
