Job Description

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Coordinator to join our procurement team.

The successful candidate will assist with and be responsible for the following duties:

Responsibilities:

Manager the product database of ANZ (which includes product specifications, artworks, images and price list)

In charge of the NPD process of the category (mainly the Chinese products and others if assigned) for all the markets of the group, by conducting and coordinating the communication with the suppliers including the compliance check for the products to be developed from start to finish.

coordinate the NPD process of the non-Chinese products and organize the information needed for the database and new product set-up in SAP of each operation.

Notify the sales terms concerned of all the new products developed for various markets.

Conduct product and packaging verification for the stock arriving for the 1st time of the category.

Conduct random inspection on imported products under the category to ensure compliance and quality control.

Conduct quality related investigation in relation to customer complaints for the category. Work with Customer Service team in managing effective complaints resolutions.

Manage HACCP and other certifications and compliance of the category.

Conduct factory auditing by instructions.

Provide technical support to both sales and purchase when needed, including generating product specification sheets for the sales when required.

Other tasks assigned by the report line.

What You Will Need to Succeed:

Tertiary education (with a relevant degree in international supply chain, food technology, and/or commerce preferred but not essential)

Strong numerical and administrative skills

Self-motivated for excellence and improvement

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and with a sense of urgency

Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese
