Apply today!What you will be doingPRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Maintains data integrity of the inventory management systems through precisely accounting for applicable material transactionsAssisting the Innomar Quality Assurance staff with the labeling and sampling of product which may involve operating material handling equipment (ie. Reach truck or pump truck)Assists Quality Assurance staff with maintenance of the facility temperature monitoring processManagement of retain samples and retain areaImplementation of Corrective Actions and Preventative ActionsGMP & Regulatory ComplianceProtocol adherenceEnsuring all sensitive products outlined by Innomar’s SOPs are handled accordingly and in an expedited mannerUndergo regular training on Good Manufacturing PracticesSystems TrainingRequired to be trained and understand the operation of Innomar’s WMS and related software and be able to function within the systemRequired to be trained and function using Innomar’s TMS software to ship product samplesOther related projects and perform other functions as required from time to timeWhat your background should look likeEXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:High school diploma or equivalency; Post-secondary Diploma or Certificate an asset2 years’ minimum experience in a related industryMust be proficient in English language (reading, written, oral and mathematics)Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs dailyAbility to perform repeated reaching, bending and lifting dailyAble to work in a cold environment dailyAbility to maintain confidentiality and use appropriate judgmentAbility to work accurately with a strong attention to detailWorks well under pressure in time sensitive situationsGood organizational and multi-tasking abilitiesIndependent worker, requiring minimal supervisionLicensed to operate material handling equipment (i.e. Raymond Reach) with at least 2 years’ experienceMINIMUM SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:Working knowledge of automated warehouse operating systemStrong business and financial acumenStrong analytical and mathematical skillsAbility to communicate effectively both orally and in writingEffective interpersonal and leadership skillsEffective organizational skills; attention to detailAbility to consistently meet deadlinesExcellent problem-solving skills; ability to resolve issues effectively and efficientlyKnowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and other Office ProgramsWhat Cencora offersWe provide compensation, benefits, and resources that enable a highly inclusive culture and support our team members’ ability to live with purpose every day.
