The work is focused on continuous development of a product with ambitious concepts and problems to solve, and our team will eagerly support your journey along the way.WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ORGANIZATION Participate in all aspects of QA lifecycle. These include: QA estimating & planning, QA reporting & documentation, walkthroughs and inspectionsExecution of integration, white box, functionality, regression, load, performance and acceptance testing on delivery timelinesResponsible for Defect management including the identification, reporting, tracking and triaging of defects using Jira and XRay for JiraMonitor and implement improvements to the QA processResearch, recommend and administer QA toolsWork with the development team to help them to understand and reproduce issuesIntervene and call out issues when they pose a threat to project qualityMaintain documentation & results for the projects over which they have QA responsibilityReview Test cases/scenarios to make sure all requirements are coveredFulfill all the roles of QA Specialist on projects where he/she is participatingRepresent QA at interdepartmental meetings (e.g. strategy sessions, emergency conferences, etc.)Support production deployments, when requiredShare testing results to partners to enable them to make decisions regarding go/no go liveSKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO HAVE years experience with formal test methods and quality assurance programs in an internet/software development environmentwith thorough API testing using Postmanfamiliarity with testing using a proxying tool such as Charles or Fiddlerusing and administering testing tools (eg Browser Stack, Selenium, etc)excellence in the preparation and execution of formal test cases, scripts and scenariosto test and verify against WCAG Accessibility standards using related testing toolsability to prioritize, delegate, track and coordinate multiple taskswith multiple web browsers and operating systems, and an understanding of their differences and issuesto examine application logs and familiarity with YAML, JSON and XMLability to meet deadlines and deliver against ambitous schedule pressuresinterpersonal skillsteammate; Collaborate effectively with the cross functional teamcommunication skills (written and verbal)in working in agile or other sprint-based work processdisplaying a penchant for detail and precisiondemeanor towards work, environment and co-workersor familiarity with, one or more web development tools (e.g. JAVA, HTML, Oracle, PHP)
