The Opportunity:


Join our team as a QA Coordinator and become an integral part of ensuring the excellence of our operations! In this role, you'll be instrumental in crafting and maintaining our Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to meet regulatory standards and internal guidelines. You'll also lead training sessions for our Production and Quality staff on GMP, SOPs, and Work Procedures (WPs), all while championing our commitment to sustainability and our core values.   • Implementing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in compliance with regulatory guidelines.
  • Facilitating comprehensive GMP and quality-related trainings for staff.
  • Managing documentation control processes and electronic Quality Management Systems.
  • Participating in continuous improvement initiatives and internal/external audits.
  • Ensuring adherence to safety policies and regulations.

What you have:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in document control within the Food, NHP, Dietary supplement, or similar industry.
  • Science Degree/Technical Diploma; Quality-related certifications are an asset.
  • Knowledge of GMPs as outlined in NHPD, FDA, TGA regulations preferred.
  • Intermediate to Advanced Proficiency in MS Office Packages and Electronic Quality Management Systems (e-QMS).
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively facilitate training sessions.
  • Highly organized with excellent project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Growth-driven mindset and willingness to contribute to continuous improvement.
