- Reviewing and releasing batch records, including assigning expiration dates and making potency adjustments.
- Initiating and investigating quality events such as deviations, corrective actions, and change controls.
- Contributing to process performance monitoring and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Managing specifications and formulas for bulk and raw materials.
- Providing support during internal and external quality audits.
- Assessing new raw materials, packaging, and products through the VMEF process.
- Following instructions, SOPs, and safety policies diligently.
- Collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams for problem-solving.
What you have:
- Bachelor’s degree in microbiology, biology, food science, or related field.
- 1+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, with knowledge of cGMPs, food safety, and regulatory compliance.
- Experience with FDA 21CFR111 or relevant compliance in pharmaceutical, dietary supplements, or excipients manufacturing.
- Hands-on experience in a dietary supplement or similar manufacturing environment, including audits and compliance monitoring.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel), MRP programs, and data entry.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and team-building skills.
- Ability to engage in team-based problem-solving for manufacturing quality events.
- Good organizational and administrative abilities.
