  • Reviewing and releasing batch records, including assigning expiration dates and making potency adjustments.
  • Initiating and investigating quality events such as deviations, corrective actions, and change controls.
  • Contributing to process performance monitoring and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Managing specifications and formulas for bulk and raw materials.
  • Providing support during internal and external quality audits.
  • Assessing new raw materials, packaging, and products through the VMEF process.
  • Following instructions, SOPs, and safety policies diligently.
  • Collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams for problem-solving.

What you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in microbiology, biology, food science, or related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, with knowledge of cGMPs, food safety, and regulatory compliance.
  • Experience with FDA 21CFR111 or relevant compliance in pharmaceutical, dietary supplements, or excipients manufacturing.
  • Hands-on experience in a dietary supplement or similar manufacturing environment, including audits and compliance monitoring.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel), MRP programs, and data entry.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and team-building skills.
  • Ability to engage in team-based problem-solving for manufacturing quality events.
  • Good organizational and administrative abilities.
