Team and guest safety is our priority to maintain our reputation as an industry leaderActively participating in team’s activities during and after operational hoursBeing on call 1 night per week at our staff accommodation – (MOD program)Assisting in opening and closing of our staff accommodation, task can vary from cleaning, employee move in/out, uniform cleaning and common room cleaningOther duties as assignedWhat skills and experience do you need for this job?:2+ years of experience as Starbucks Manager or equivalentThrives in a fast paced and high energy work environmentWorking knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, 7 Shifts Scheduling, Simphony POS)Experience with, training, staff development and the operational management of high-volume operationsExpertise in building relationships and working on teams across all levels of an organization, particularly with operating teams, line supervisors, seasonal staff from a broad range of cultural and ethnic backgroundsAble to create “followership” through modelling our core values and best practicesExperience with financial management and creating strong employee and guest satisfactionTo honour our commitment to be “Always Honest” all employees must consent to a criminal record checkWhat will your work environment be like?:This fun summer role runs from March 3 to October 19, 2024!Beautiful.
