Arete is looking for a compassionate clinician to round out our talented team.Language: Bilingual (English and French)Salary: $80,000 to $95,000*Location: Remote home office, certified to practice in QuebecPosition: Part-time or full-time, flexible schedule*Salary may vary based on location, skills, experience, designation and position typeTHE ROLEAs Arete’s newest Clinician, you’ll work with a team of colleagues from across Canada, providing in person or telehealth psychological counselling services to Arete assistance program users. In addition, you’ll be an engaged participant in monthly supervisory conversations and/or peer consultations.YOUR TALENTS• Being a collaborative team player and ethical problem-solver• Being warm, compassionate, and always professional• Easily building strong interpersonal relationships• High-quality written and oral communicatorOUR REQUIREMENTS• Master’s degree, in Counselling Psychology or a related field (i.e. Psychotherapist, etc.) with a minimum of three years of post-graduate counselling experience • A Couple and Family Therapist or Psychotherapist or Psychologist designation.• Maintain up-to-date registration and a minimum of $2 million in professional practice insurance.• Be competent in the delivery of psychological/clinical counselling and general assessments to a broad range of clientele with various presenting issues using evidence-based therapies.A BIT ABOUT USOur assistance programs provide unparalleled, research-backed support for employees and organizations across the country.
