Location: Guelph and Cambridge

Job Type: Part time 20 hours a week

Position Overview:
The Brand Ambassador will be the face of our company in the community, responsible for promoting our services, building relationships, and increasing brand awareness. This role requires a friendly and social individual who is a self-starter with a strong background in sales and experience as a Personal Support Worker (PSW). The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about our mission and eager to make a positive impact.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Represent our company at community events, health fairs, and other public engagements to promote our services.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients, referral sources, and community partners.
  • Conduct presentations and informational sessions about our services to various audiences.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement outreach strategies.
  • Provide feedback and insights from the community to help improve our services and outreach efforts.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of our services and stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
  • Step in to a PSW role when needed

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare or home care industry.
  • Certification and experience as a Ontario Personal Support Worker (PSW).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Friendly, approachable, and able to connect with people from diverse backgrounds.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
