The Brand Ambassador will be the face of our company in the community, responsible for promoting our services, building relationships, and increasing brand awareness. This role requires a friendly and social individual who is a self-starter with a strong background in sales and experience as a Personal Support Worker (PSW). Key Responsibilities:
- Represent our company at community events, health fairs, and other public engagements to promote our services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients, referral sources, and community partners.
- Conduct presentations and informational sessions about our services to various audiences.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to drive business growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement outreach strategies.
- Provide feedback and insights from the community to help improve our services and outreach efforts.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our services and stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
- Step in to a PSW role when needed
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare or home care industry.
- Certification and experience as a Ontario Personal Support Worker (PSW).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, approachable, and able to connect with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication
