The Role
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with backend and frontend developers to design and prototype security products.
- Lead the team in defining and implementing UI standards, principles, and best practices.
- Ensure that all UI components are optimized for performance and usability.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers on the team.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, technologies, and frameworks.
- Participate in code reviews to maintain high code quality standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements and specifications.
- Identify and address UI/UX challenges and opportunities within the security domain.
- Adapt to changing priorities and work within fast feedback loops typical of prototype work.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with Vue.js.
- Proven track record of leading UI/UX projects and setting standards.
- Strong understanding of UI design principles and best practices.
- Experience working in a collaborative team environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Python experience is a strong asset.
- Knowledge of security domain principles and practices is an asset.
- Comfortable with changing priorities and fast feedback loops in a prototype environment.
