Pinchin is seeking a Proposal Coordinator to join the Proposal team, working out of any Pinchin office location.The successful candidate will be joining a very supportive team in a fun and rewarding work environment. The collaborative nature of the team is the perfect place for people at all stages of their careers to learn and grow.The Proposal Coordinator is responsible for liaising with all Pinchin offices to act as a proposal project coordinator and proposal program champion.A Day in the life of a Proposal Coordinator at Pinchin: Support Tenders Program (opportunity identification/distribution), if neededParticipate in regular (weekly) workload management meetingsAnalyze proposal opportunities (RFPs, RFQs, EOIs, VORs, etc.) and plan responses Coordinate, and/or support proposal pursuit and kick-off meetings Act as a champion for the Go/NoGo process; assist with discussions identifying the strategy, approach, teaming, and win themesCreate draft proposal framework documents aligned with the client’s bid requirementsSupport the Project Manager/Owner in the development/preparation of proposal submissionsCustomize non-technical content ensuring client focus and alignment with client needs/requirementsCoordinate writing, review, and completion of the document with the Proposal Owner and other staff and Subject Matter ExpertsSupport or oversee proposal finalization, assembly, and submission/delivery Coordinate, attend, and document debrief sessions and distribute/share feedback appropriatelyParticipate in the continual improvement of the proposal process and contribute to any identified initiatives and projects Liaise with internal and external client as neededContribute to other activities within the Business Development team as requiredWhat you bring to the Pinchin team:Degree or Diploma in Business, Technical Writing, Marketing, or Communications; another related degree with relevant experience will also be considered1+ years preparing technical documents in a B2B environmentStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to work on a variety of projects with multiple deadlinesStrong writing, proofreading, and editing skillsAbility to communicate and work with various levels in an organizationStrong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook is requiredExperience in graphic design would be considered an assetWhat’s in it for you: Of course, we offer competitive salaries and great benefits, but what makes Pinchin stand out from the crowd?
